NRT has worked closely with Barratt Homes for over 12 years. As part of the West Hendon regeneration, over 2000 new Barratt homes are being created as a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. NRT has already provided 1st and 2nd fix carpentry for over 250 units for this multi-phased, multi-storey development. A further 285 units is currently on-going.
The regeneration of West Hendon is a long-term project with significant building developments, including affordable housing by Barratt London. NRT have worked with Barratt Homes for over 12 years, providing high-volume internal fit-out work across multiple developments.
Multi-phased and multi-storey projects like Tyrell Way are something NRT has extensive experience of. We understand the specific challenges that such large-volume developments involve, especially the additional pressure on supply and logistics of materials and the increased complexity for health and safety.
Over 180 units were completed as part of phase 1 in June 2013, for which NRT supplied 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, vanity units and panelling. A further 71 units were finalised in March 2016 and the final phase is underway, with 285 units to receive complete internal fit-out, including skirting, architraves, doors, vanities, shower screens and bath screens.
