Ancaster Gate is London Square's prestigious redevelopment of a Grade II listed Georgian mansion at the top of Richmond Hill, adjacent to the entrance gates of Royal Richmond Park. The project combines the sensitive restoration and conversion of the original mansion with contemporary architectural vision to produce three beautiful houses. The development also incorporates four new luxuriously appointed contemporary properties. NRT is involved in multiple elements of this multi-million pound project and has secured the carpentry contract combined with the supply of the internal doors, timber finishing profiles and bespoke bathroom cabinetry.
NRT’s involvement also includes the replacement of the existing floor joists on the ground, first and second floors and the full internal carpentry fit-out (traditional 1st and 2nd fixing) of the seven properties.
Doors
NRT has secured the contract for the manufacture, supply and installation of the internal feature doors within the new build element of Ancaster Gate, based upon the same style as those provided by us at London Square’s recent luxury development at Farm Lane, Fulham.
Bespoke Joinery
Following on from the success at the Royal Star and Garter, we have assisted with the design and development of the bespoke bathroom vanity and wall units.
Working from concept drawings, the challenge was to create a projecting vanity and wall vanity unit. NRT developed the concept, overcoming design obstacles incorporating lighting within heated mirrored doors, into a working sample unit.
Following approval by the developer and design team, NRT has been awarded the contract for the manufacture, supply and installation of theses components across the project.
