David Wilson are renowned for quality new-build homes. Riverdown Park offers 300 houses, from 2 to 5 bedrooms and featuring different styles and designs. NRT have been involved in this multi-phase development since 2014, providing internal and external carpentry for over 120 units. The latest phase is currently in progress for an additional 105 units.
NRT began work with David Wilson homes in 2014 during the first phase of this development of 33 homes and 16 apartments. NRT installed joists, roofs, cladding and stairs, as well as 1st and 2nd fix carpentry. Phase 1 completed in August 2015 with a further 79 houses and phase 3 is currently in progress.
The development offers a wide range of house styles and variations, achieved with modern building techniques and materials.
NRT look forward to continuing its relationships with David Wilson, with potential new housing projects also in the pipeline.
